Meet John Roope, the Founder, CEO, and mastermind behind WIDSIX. John is somewhat of a rebel in the context of the stuffy, corporate drudgery that the business world has embraced. His iconoclast spirit is reflected in the company he built from the ground up, and his goal is to revolutionize the way we do business in the industry.
Channeling his creative side and love for entrepreneurship, John formed 2 successful online businesses. And like most startup companies, he hired an advertising agency to do some of the marketing and back-end work. But he quickly realized they were overselling him and under delivering — big time.
Out of frustration, John started taking on the job himself, and was surprised to find that he was pretty damn good at it. So much so, that friends and family started to take notice of what he was doing, loved it, and started paying him to do their advertising work.
